STEPS TO
INSERT VIDEO AND AUDIO IN POWERPOINT
VIDEO
Download
the video clip from the Internet and save it in an appropriate folder.
There
are two ways to insert video:
If you want to activate the video sequence by clicking on text,
first highlight the text, then right click on it and select
“hipervinculo”.
Look for the
video in the area “Buscar”, click on it and then “Aceptar”
When you go
back to the slide, you’ll see that the text now is clickable. Run the
powerpoint, click on the text and the video will display on Media Player.
If you want to activate the video sequence by clicking on a
picture, first paste the picture on the slide, then then right click on
it and select “hipervinculo”.
Look for the
video in the area “Buscar”, click on it and then “Aceptar”. When you go back to
the slide, you’ll see that the picture now is clickable. Run the powerpoint,
click on the picture and the video will display on Media Player.
AUDIO
Download
the audio clip from the Internet and save it in an appropriate folder.
Go
to Insertar in the top menu, then Peliculas y Sonidos, then Sonido de
Archivo. Select the audio clip and Aceptar. Choose Al Hacer Click Encima.
This means that you will have to click on a megaphone picture that will
appear in the powerpoint to make it play. You can move it to any place in
the slide.
Note: The
audio clip have to have a WAV format
